What You’ll Do Every Day

• Make our spaces sparkle—clean restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, windows, walls, and more.
• Keep floors looking great with vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
• Empty trash bins and restock cleaning supplies when needed.
• Move furniture and equipment to ensure every area gets the attention it deserves.
• Handle unexpected messes or accidents with calm and care.
• Proactively look for areas that need love—you’ll have ownership of your space.
• Support your team and take pride in making Ashley look its best.

What You Bring

• Strength and stamina—you’ll need to lift 35 lbs. and push/pull 35–50 lbs.
• You’re comfortable on your feet, walking and standing for 2-4 hours.
• You notice the little things and act on them.
• You can work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Most importantly: You care. About people, your work, and doing things the right way.
