- Knowledge housekeeping standards, common cleaning products and their use.
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and methods
- knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks
- Visual acuity to inspect and monitor cleaning standards.
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner with both guests and staff
- Willingness to assist others
- Must communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Maintain regular attendance
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and patrons
- Must be flexible to provide assistance to management team in a 24/7 operating environmentÂ
- Must have reliable transportation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Working extended hours may be required as needed
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use repetitive wrist and arm movement, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Regularly pushing and pulling
- Regularly lifting up to 40 lbs.
