PI Data Coord, RN

The data administrative coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, obtaining, and verifying clinical information and data to support clinical quality performance measurement and improvement activities throughout the organization.  The coordinator will serve as a data collector, coordinator, liaison with the hospital’s Joint Commission quality measures vender. He/she will submit that data to the vendor within the timeframe(s) designated by the vendor and the Joint Commission. Coordinates customer satisfaction process.  Maintains all Performance Improvement databases.  Performs clerical functions as assigned. 
 

Education/Certification:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse license. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Health Care related field or equivalent. 

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years clinical nursing preferred.

Two (2) to three (3) years experience in working with complex systems issues such as case management, critical care, or utilization review experience is preferred.
