How You'll Make An Impact:

The Sales Development Representative(SDR) role holds a key position in the growth and development of our Bushel sales pipeline. Success in this role directly impacts the evolution of how Bushel successfully engages and interacts with our customers while helping to fuel the continued growth and success of Bushel.

SDRs are committed to serving customers and understanding their business's processes and needs. They work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to build and enhance customer relationships. In this role, you will become intimately familiar with the Bushel product and learn where our customer's experiences intersect with our solutions.

A successful SDR takes the initiative. They have large amounts of energy and a growth mindset. To thrive as an SDR, you must communicate eloquently and persuasively with customers and internal teams.  A winning SDR develops strong relationships (both internal and external) and excels at building long-lasting partnerships.

 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Research and network with key contacts in our clients’ industries to identify opportunities for new sales
  • Handle the full cycle sales process for SMB prospects
  • Secure new prospective customers via cold calling, discovery calls, and product demos
  • Assist with core business development activities, such as creating pitch decks and communicating with clients and industry leaders to understand business trends better
  • In coordination with Account Executives, Sales Directors, and the CRO, close new deals
  • Other duties as assigned
