What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with Recruitment: Help with job fairs, marketing events, and other recruiting activities.

- Conduct Interviews: Screen candidates over the phone by asking questions and taking detailed notes of all interviews.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
- Manage Databases: Update and maintain candidate databases and sourcing channels.
- Gain HRIS Experience: Get practical experience with our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) which is Paycom.
- Support New Hires: Assist with facilitating New Hire Orientation and other HR administrative tasks where needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer applications and software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and canva is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills are absolutely needed for this role.
- Organizational Ability: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
