Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
Schedule: Full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM
Location: Hempstead, NY.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision: Oversee daily operations and supervise a professional team to ensure our vocational services achieve and surpass program goals.
- Drive Results: Manage client services, from vocational assessments and case management to job placements, while tracking progress and reporting outcomes.
- Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain professional relationships with probation and state personnel, participating in task forces and attending relevant meetings and conferences.
- Innovate and Implement: Develop, recommend, and enforce policies and procedures that meet industry standards and funder requirements.
- Ensure Excellence: Prepare budgets, compile reports, and manage office operations with attention to detail.
- Empower Your Team: Provide training, professional development, and support to staff, fostering their growth and ensuring they can effectively assist our clients.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with workforce trends and vocational services to continuously enhance our program’s impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Licensed Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. CRC certification is required. OWDS or GCDF certification is preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles, with a strong grasp of vocational and educational services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Other Requirements: Valid NYS driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
