Adventure Staff Team Member

We’re looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to guide various camps, corporate, school or member groups through exciting outdoor activities across our 268-acre property. From navigating ropes courses and the Giant Swing to leading serene tubing adventures on the river, you’ll create meaningful, memorable moments for everyone you meet.

- Lead groups through engaging outdoor activities and challenges.
- Build connections with individuals, helping them learn, grow, and have fun.
- Participate in activities alongside the groups, from fire-making to boating adventures.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure every day is active, exciting, and rewarding.

Reports to: Director of Team Building and Outdoor Education
Supervises: None
Education and Experience
- High school graduate or currently enrolled in High School
- Outdoor experience and leadership experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Interest in Recreation, Outdoor or similar Hospitality fields
Requirements and Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Must have reliable transportation. No public transportation is available
Essential Functions
- Lead guests in a safe and fun manner through all Adventure elements including a zip line, giant swing, and high and low rope courses
- Build trust and confidence by fostering team building and communication among participants
- Lead school, corporate and other private groups in team building activities
- Lead social groups in outdoor adventures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights in a harness
- Comfortable in personal watercrafts (tube, canoe, stand-up paddle board)
