SUMMARY

As a Senior Product Manager – AdTech, MarTech & Data, you will drive the product vision strategy and execution of strategic initiatives that unlock personalized, data-driven experiences and drive monetization across Hallmark’s digital ecosystem – leveraging advertising and marketing technologies to deepen audience engagement and deliver measurable business impact.
This transformative role supports the One Hallmark vision by streamlining capabilities across our businesses. You’ll drive product strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions that empower Business and Marketing teams to maximize paid media effectiveness. You’ll build and scale ad tech capabilities, collaborate to develop a forward-looking H+ MarTech vision, and define the data instrumentation capabilities needed to realize both. Success requires a strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. You will work closely with Product Managers for Streaming Experience and Acquisition & Activation to ensure seamless integration of ad tech and MarTech capabilities across platforms, driving subscriber engagement, activation, and monetization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ad Tech, MarTech, Marketing attribution, data instrumentation, and cross-functional leadership to unlock key capabilities that maximize Consumer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Paid Media Spend.

Lead the development and optimization of advertising products and integrations (e.g., Freewheel, Kochava, Google Tag Manager, Amplitude).

Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions.

Integrate customer data platforms (CDPs), clean room technologies, and identity resolution platforms (e.g., LiveRamp) to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Data Instrumentation & Privacy

Embed privacy and compliance (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) into product features, partnering with Legal, Privacy, and Tech teams.
