CashMax Title & Loan of Texas is looking for a motivated financial service professional to join our team. At this time, CashMax has an opening for a Store Manager in one of our 39 Texas location. The position is responsible for overall store performance & probability, customer service, marketing and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily transactions including: Customer Service, new account approvals, closing delinquent accounts, Collection calls and some mailings.
- Meeting all Store Financial Goals and Probability.
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
- Markets merchandise by advertising, promotions, and display; outside resources.
- Maintains industry knowledge on all state and legal requirements.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing procedures, operational, and personnel policies.
- Contributes to team/district effort by accomplishing set goal results as needed.
- Customer Focus/Strong understanding of Customer Service Techniques.
- Build Vendor relationships for our Business to Business program.

Store openings from 10:00am
Store closings from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
