Store Manager

CashMax Title & Loan of Texas is looking for a motivated financial service professional to join our team. At this time, CashMax has an opening for a Store Manager in one of our 39 Texas location. This is a great opportunity to gain experience toward your career with a growing organization. The position is responsible for overall store performance & probability, customer service, marketing and collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily transactions including: Customer Service, new account approvals, closing delinquent accounts, Collection calls and some mailings.
  • Meeting all Store Financial Goals and Probability.
  • Maintain a positive work environment
  • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
  • Markets merchandise by advertising, promotions, and display; outside resources.
  • Maintains industry knowledge on all state and legal requirements.
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing procedures, operational, and personnel policies.
  • Contributes to team/district effort by accomplishing set goal results as needed.
  • Customer Focus/Strong understanding of Customer Service Techniques.
  • Build Vendor relationships for our Business to Business program.
  • Staff Coaching

Great Work schedules:

  • Monday – Friday

Store openings from 10:00am

Store closings from 5:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Saturday hours- Half days
  • CLOSED on Sundays
  • One weekday off
