Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Communications
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the creation, execution, and analysis of Thread’s comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, particularly CRM strategy and campaigns that drive resource recruitment and retention, and other tactics to increase awareness, ensure consistency of brand, and support the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of marketing automation efforts in Salesforce, including audience segmentation, campaign creation and execution, and lifecycle planning to drive higher levels of engagement among existing community members.

Write, design, and distribute monthly volunteer and community-wide newsletters.

Design and manage print and digital templates for recruitment and retention materials that crisply articulate Thread’s “why”, “what”, and “how.”

Increase visibility and drive resource recruitment through proactive identification and outreach for external media, community, and partner awareness opportunities.

Manage and traffic internal requests for communications support from Thread’s recruitment team and other internal stakeholders.

Support in the cultivation, prioritization, and management of press and external speaking opportunities for staff and community members.

Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce.

Provide photography and video support.
