- KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree and/or SHRM certification (preferred/required)
- 2+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Operations
- SKILLS REQUIRED (manual, verbal or mental manipulation of data or things):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively analyze complex employee relations issues and recommend appropriate courses of action while ensuring compliance.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, training & development, and federal and state employment laws.
- Data-driven and aware of HR trends, technology, and strategies
- Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to and learn new systems quickly.
- Has an in-depth understanding of HR best practices, technologies, operations, and regulatory issues.
- Knowledge of HRIS technology
