Overview:
Unisource Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Quality Assurance Supervisor to support our warehouse operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that outgoing shipments—whether for next-day pulls, inventory accounts, or new product deployments—meet our high standards of accuracy, quality, and cleanliness. You’ll work closely with both warehouse and field teams to help streamline operations and maintain exceptional service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing next-day pulls, confirming product completeness, hardware accuracy, and overall cleanliness.
- Ensure all transfers and adjustments are properly completed using pick slip forms and rack locator systems.
- Coordinate dock space and shipping schedules by maintaining strong communication with warehouse staff and field personnel.
- Manage shipment processes using multiple shipping vendors to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor warehouse activity and promptly report any changes regarding staffing, space usage, trucks, or equipment to the Warehouse Manager.
