Position Summary: The Central Production Director is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the audio, visual, and lighting needs of Liberty. They are tasked with the responsibility of creating and enhancing production elements that deliver a technically cohesive, distraction-free service experience at each campus.

Hours: This is a full-time position. A basic work schedule consists of working Monday through Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm as well as all necessary services or programs on Sunday. Attendance at all services and special events is required. Some weekend hours will be necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the campuses of Liberty in the creative planning and production of weekend services and special events.
- Work closely with the Creative Leadership Team (Communications, Worship, Production) to ensure best practices are developed and maintained.
- Work with the Production Team to ensure tasks are being completed and information is being disseminated as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of all service media elements (IMAG screen content, lyrics, moving backgrounds, video content, lighting elements, audio standards, etc.)
- Function as the administrator/coordinator for Regional Production Managers.
- Create and implement programs to ensure volunteer teams are recruited, trained, informed, ministered to, and ready to serve.
- Function as the central technical director, coordinating activities for rehearsals and live productions: ensuring issues are resolved quickly with minimal negative impact on weekend services and special events.
- Oversee the maintenance of all production equipment and supplies (audio systems, lighting systems, video systems, ancillary systems, projects, etc.).
- Manage the annual production budget.
- Ensure all events are adequately covered with the help of the Event Production Coordinator (i.e., Services, funerals, and special functions).
