Food Safety Policy

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team and support our production and packaging operations across our Arbuckle and Woodland facilities. This role is essential to maintaining our people-first culture while supporting our ambitious growth objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a business partner to leadership, ensuring our workforce is engaged, developed, and aligned with our mission to nourish communities worldwide.
As our HR Business Partner, you will embody our values while building relationships that drive shared success across our organization. You will adapt to the changing needs of our business while helping us maintain the family-oriented culture that has sustained us for over a century.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks required to develop, administer, and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; employee relations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in the development of and/or create departmental Standard Operation Procedures
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Monitor turnover and retention and conduct exit interviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
