QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must pass pre-interview physical test.
- Ability to handle trays of up to eight plates, with covers, required.
- Ability to move, handle, and set up banquet tables required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Food handler’s permit preferred; ability to obtain a food handler’s permit required.
- Six months previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills.
- The ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes preferred.
- Must be able to find acceptable solutions to problems within policy guidelines.
