QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One-year supervisory experience in a full service, or fast-food restaurant environment required.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Prior interviewing and hiring experience preferred.
- Alcohol ServSafe and Food ServSafe certifications preferred or must successfully pass both classes during the next training cycle.Â
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word preferred.
- Strong cashiering skills required.
- Must work well in a team environment.
- Must be skilled at managing conflict and influencing outcomes.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and presentation skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the theory of progressive discipline.
- Must be able to guide and coach a team.
