QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- Must be 19 years old or older, 21 preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Bartending education and six months experience or one year of related experience required.
- Two years previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or banquets preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Previous interviewing and hiring experience preferred.
- Must have or be able to acquire a Tips Card or Alcohol Serve Safe Certificate.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Cashiering skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology required.
- Must be able guide, coach, and work well with a team.
- Must be skilled at managing conflict and influencing outcomes.
- Must be adept at multi-tasking.
- Excellent verbal communication skills required; excellent written communication skills preferred.
- Presentation and organizational skills preferred.
- Strong problem solving and prioritizing skills required.
- Should understand the theory of progressive discipline.
