Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Deep expertise across HR functions, including talent strategy, organizational development, labor relations, and total rewards
- Proven success in driving cultural transformation, growth initiatives, and large-scale change management
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide senior leaders and drive organizational change
- Experience leading HR teams or projects across various Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
