As Senior Vice President of HR, you will lead the development and execution of long-term talent strategies aligned with business goals. You’ll foster a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The SVP of HR is responsible for setting, enforcing, and continuously improving human resources policies, procedures, and best practices to support operational excellence.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a strategic business advisor to executive leadership, contributing to organizational planning and decision-making
  • Oversee the HR team and provide strategic HR guidance to Ironclad Leadership
  • Forecast workforce needs in alignment with business growth and operational goals
  • Develop and execute strategies for succession planning, talent acquisition, retention, and team development
  • Provide strategic input on compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership to evaluate and enhance benefits offerings while managing cost-effectiveness
  • Design and lead performance management initiatives that drive development, accountability, and career growth
  • Create and oversee recognition and reward programs that support engagement, retention, and performance
  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead employee engagement and experience initiatives
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop the HR team to provide high-impact support across the organization
  • Optimize and oversee HR information systems (HRIS) to improve efficiency, reporting, and data insights
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with all employment laws and industry standards
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Deep expertise across HR functions, including talent strategy, organizational development, labor relations, and total rewards
  • Proven success in driving cultural transformation, growth initiatives, and large-scale change management
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide senior leaders and drive organizational change
  • Experience leading HR teams or projects across various Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
