- Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other workplace safety standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively train and guide employees.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement safety improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CPR, First Aid, or other safety-related certifications are a plus.
- This role requires time spent on the production floor, conducting safety audits, and interacting with employees.
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting safety equipment or materials.
