Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced individual to join our Housekeeping Team. The Room Attendant will provide housekeeping services to all guest rooms according to the policies and procedures established by The Biltmore Los Angeles. They will be responsible to provide exceptional quality housekeeping services to enhance the overall guest experience. This is a great opportunity for an individual wanting to join an excellent team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Clean bathroom / guestroom surfaces & floors
  • Make up rollaway beds in a vacated room and notifies house attendants for them to be properly stored.
  • Properly use, keep secure, and return the master keys to the Housekeeper at the end of every shift.
  • Keeps linen closets neat and secure.
  • Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
  • Replenish amenities, linens and supplies in guest room.
  • Must respond efficiently to all guest requests.
  • Completes cleaning projects as assigned by manager or supervisor.
  • Report all maintenance deficiencies in guest rooms via work orders or telephone for urgent emergencies.

The hourly rate for this position is up to $24.93 per hour.

  • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/ her attention so corrective action can be taken when appropriate.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
