Assist guests boarding and disembarking the shuttle. Always be aware of any physical needs of our guests.
While the guests are on the shuttle, welcome them to the city and make them aware of the local attractions in the area, answer any questions they may have regarding events in the city.
Transport hotel guests to designated drop off/pick up location in Downtown Nashville. Instruct guests if there is a different pick up point due to road closures, etc. Make them aware of the last pick up time to return to the hotel.
Keep the engineering staff aware if the van is in need of service. Complete the daily log sheet before leaving the hotel with guests on board. Be sure to refuel the van after your shift is concluded.
