SUMMARY:

Under general direction of the Revenue Audit Supervisor, the Revenue Auditor is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, internal control standards and company policies by performing daily audits on gaming and non-gaming areas. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Audit all gaming and non-gaming areas according to established procedures and gaming regulations as well as facilitates timely and accurate recordings.

• Communicate with company personnel to ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Review system documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Communicate with all internal and external departments of any discrepancies via exceptions.

• Maintain support documentation for further review.

• Notify immediate personnel of any potential discrepancies and assists with research and resolution of problems.

• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Some college courses in banking and finance or related area preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Gaming industry experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Access, Excel, and Word. Must possess excellent communication skills and effective public speaking skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from Guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to speak effectively before groups and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
