Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Data Specialist to join our FHARPS program in downtown Tacoma, Washington.

Scope:

Provide data management and administrative back house functions to all assigned grants and programs associated with FHARPs and/or other community services grants. Coordinate contract compliance with agency’s administrative team and/or the CLR Finance and Billing’s department. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages and serves individuals with complex wellness needs. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with program Managers and Directors to develop, identify and regularly submit data reports on all assigned programs.
  • Give administration support for programs.
  • Provide training orientation to new staff and/or as recommended by program Managers and Directors.
  • Attend department meetings as identified by Program Managers and Directors to coordinate data reporting and tracking, for various projects and tracking.
  • Monitor, verify and submit data for billing purposes.
  • Attain optimal understanding of Extended Reach, Welligent, HMIS, and PDAMs systems and utilize that understanding to help improve the program, data collecting and structured data management.
  • Perform other technical support to staff and program, such as: troubleshooting, trainings, etc. Assist with projects and presentations and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Create and monitor reporting tools to track staff and paperwork requirements.
  • Work with the administrative team to develop systems to effectively manage the clinical record, secondary records, and indexes.
  • Oversee data for billing and report to managers.
  • Oversee the data compliance with the HCA for Trueblood program. 
  • Coordinate with program supervisors to collect and report data appropriate for their departments. 
  • Designs effective work processes and monitors performance outcomes to meet agency goals and objectives.
  • Collect and coordinate data with other departments as needed.
  • Achieve data integrity within the program to reach objectives
  • In addition to the above, performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  •   Must have demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and grant writing. Strong communication and organizational skills a must.
  • Must have demonstrated work experience with Office 365, Excel, Writing Queries, and some experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated skill working within databases and creating reports
