As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in the implementation, customization,
and success of Salesforce across AoH. You will manage and optimize our Salesforce platform,
ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our learners, educators, and administrative teams.
Your work will help shape AoH’s data solutions and drive organizational efficiency, providing
insights and automation to support our mission and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce
experience.
Expertise in automations (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and custom reporting.
Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Sites and/or Education Data Architecture
(EDA) is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Customize Salesforce to meet AoH’s unique operational needs, including
user profiles, system configurations, and automations.
Collaborate Across Teams to develop solutions for complex workflows, reports, and
data architecture.
Develop Training Programs for staff, ensuring users at all levels understand and
maximize Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Ensure Data Quality with regular audits and data integrity protocols, supporting AoH’s
goal to maintain accurate, high-quality information.
Lead Salesforce Projects from inception to implementation, working with stakeholders
and third-party vendors to achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
preferred.
Salesforce Administrator certification or at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce
experience required.
Proven expertise in configuring Salesforce automations (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and
managing custom reporting solutions.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce Experience Sites and Education Data Architecture
(EDA) is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a high level of
attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams.
