Required Skills and Education
- B.S. degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
- Advanced knowledge of Engineering principles and practices.
- Knowledge of peripheral devices such as cameras, sensors, barcode scanners, printers and other serial devices.
- Ability to identify, define, interpret, and develop innovative solutions to solve Manufacturing Engineering problems involving conflicting design/contractual/policy or technical requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively write technical and business-related documentation (e.g. reports, proposals, technical papers, performance reviews, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to support troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Industrial Engineering Degree
- LEAN Manufacturing Experience
