Summary: IT Applications Developer for Alliance Safety Council is a senior-level position responsible for designing and writing code for software applications and ensuring the software operates according to specifications.
Supervisory Responsibilities This position requires no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET and C#.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications backend using .NET and C#.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications frontend using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
