 Description:

• Harvesting and processing carcasses
• Grinding and slicing meat for various products
• Ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Operating machinery to cut, grind, and package meat
• Cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment
• Inspecting and sorting meat products based on quality, size, and type
• Removing bones and trimming fat from meat
• Following proper handling procedures to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
• Packaging and labeling meat products for distribution

Routine tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch and twist while using hands and arms to do simple gripping and grasping.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying objects.

• Ability to follow general workplace safety procedures and policies while wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintaining the quality of the product
• Sorting and grading meat products.
