Oven Operator

Harris Ranch Beef is looking for a candidate with a strong working ethic and great attendance we are a 24 hour 7 day a week plant with a high priority in product quality and production consistency. We are accepting applications for the Oven Operator position :As part of your duties, you are responsible for set up, monitoring, and adjusting oven temperature and time controls. You examine the products during and after baking to ensure product quality.

Oven operators load and unload product from the oven for the next step in the manufacturing process. You also organize and place oven racks in designated areas, keeping the work area clean, sanitary, and organized. All safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates effective English reading/writing /communication skills
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills
• Demonstrates strong and effective presentation skills
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to effectively move 2000 pound oven rack
• Knowledge of GMPS and Food safety regulations
• Ability to work independently
• Great Time Management skills

Requirements:

• Ability to work and interact with managers and supervisors
• Demonstrate computer knowledge 
• Follow GMP and food safety procedures and policies 
• Must be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate personal accountability 
• Must be able to work independently and manage time schedule 
• Maintain a good attendance and safety record 

Ability to work a rotating shift ( Schedule as follow ) :

Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
