We’re excited to offer our intensive Internal Management Training Course, a 30-day program designed to develop the next generation of leaders within our organization. Program Overview
Duration: 30–45 days (approximately 1.5 months)
Location: On-site at the Scottsdale/Tatum location
Training Structure: Full-time, 6 days per week
Outcome: Placement as a Manager at a new or current location (placement is not guaranteed and may require relocation)
Future placement opportunities may involve locations in Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, California, Georgia, Nevada or other expanding Moon Valley Nurseries markets.
Note: Participation in this program is competitive, and not all candidates will pass.

Applicant Expectations
To qualify, candidates must be:
- On-site: Able to attend the full duration of training at the Scottsdale/Tatum location.
- Relocation-Ready: Willing to relocate to another location, if requested, upon program completion.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Performance: Proven track record of exceptional sales and leadership within Moon Valley Nurseries.
- Experience: Assistant Manager under Operations (OPS ASM) or Yard and Merchandising (Yard ASM), preferably with experience in both roles.
- Professional Conduct: Demonstrates punctuality, minimal write-ups, and commitment to company growth.
- Endorsement: Application approved by a Regional Manager
Preferred Experience
- Sales Representative: Hands-on sales experience.
- Assistant Manager Roles: In Operations (OPS ASM) and Yard and Merchandising (Yard ASM).
Goal: Trainees will complete assessments during the program to demonstrate their proficiency in all aspects of general management.
