Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Safety Training: 3 years (Preferred)
- Investigation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Documentation and reporting: 2 years (Preferred)
- MUST have a clean driving record
- Must be advanced in MS Office / MS Excel
- 50-75% Travel to TX, TN
- Facilitate incident reporting process, including investigation and post-accident drug testing (as needed)
- Review and analyze incident trending data – develop and provide training or other methods to avoid future incidents
- Provide regular incident / trending reports to region & store managers
- Coordinate any / all workplace posting requirements
- DOT / CDL & Employee driving record compliance
Education
Four-year degree or related field (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)
Physical requirements/Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally exchange information with colleagues, managers and vendors. The position is active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently reach for, pull, lift, and/or move items weighing up to and over 75 lbs. The employee must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
