SUMMARY
The Dishwasher ("Lavaplatos") position performs cleaning of the kitchen and all Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to meet Health Department and hotel sanitation standards, and also assists with banquet and event setup.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens and related areas, following Health Department regulations and hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and all work surfaces in kitchen and all Food & Beverage areas.
- Wash and wipe down ovens, stovetops, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
- Place soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area.
- Transport dishware through the property.
- Stock cook lines with clean plates and utensils.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events and banquets.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient and organized workflow.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
