SUMMARY
The Bartender ("Cantinero/a")Â serves each guest with the highest standard of professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm to make the guest's day/evening enjoyable. Serves beverages to patrons seated at the bar and to cocktail servers servicing the lounge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Mix and correctly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of the restaurant and bar, following standard recipes and techniques.
- Maintain current knowledge of ingredients, such as liquor, wine, and other items.
- Solicit, promote and serve drinks in an efficient and courteous fashion with a smile.
- Stock and set up of bar equipment and station according to department standards.
- Verify patrons ID, as required.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
