QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
- A doctorate in a pharmaceutical science, engineering or related fields) with expertise in biopharmaceutical development or pharmaceutical engineering is required.

- Highly organized, with self-discipline to work independently.
- Ability to supervise and motivate others.
- Competencies in management of resources; business and organizational skills; communication and team building.
