- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in using booking software and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
- Adaptability to change priorities and guest needs.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards guest service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to apply basic math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Sales experience a plus.
Education/Experience:
- High School or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, squat, twist or pull.
• Must be able to sit for at least 25% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
• Exposure to water, chemicals, and cleaning agents.
• Climb and descend stairs.
