Job Purpose:

We are looking for an IT Administrator who is ready for the next step up from helpdesk. This is not an entry-level position—candidates should already have solid troubleshooting skills and be comfortable handling a mix of support and infrastructure tasks.

You’ll work closely with the Head of IT Operations to keep our systems running smoothly, implement practical solutions, and provide reliable support to all store locations. This role blends hands-on technical work, project involvement, and day-to-day problem solving.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and maintain networks: routers, switches, VLANs, LAN/WAN, Windows Server

  • Administer and support systems: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, domains, VOIP

  • Provide IT support beyond basic helpdesk (asset management, imaging, ticketing, printers/scanners)

  • Create and update documentation so users and staff can solve common issues

  • Research and recommend cost-effective hardware/software solutions

  • Assist in implementing upgrades and security improvements

  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff

 

Availability and Compensation:


  • Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday (with some on-call weekend availability)

  • Pay: $18.00 – $25.00/hr DOE



 

 

 

 

 


Qualifications

Required Education/Skills:


  • 1+ year of IT support/helpdesk experience

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge (degree is a plus)

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without constant supervision

  • Clear communication skills across email, chat, phone, and face-to-face

  • Willingness to travel between store locations as needed

  • Physically able to lift/move IT equipment and work on-site setups


Preferred Experience/Skills:


  • Batch scripting / PowerShell

  • NVR & IP camera setup/management

  • Web hosting or domain management

  • Basic coding/scripting knowledge
