Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field. (Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.)

5 years of experience in a for profit, government or not for profit organization; preferably in a compliance role.

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ethical conduct, professionalism, and change management. Communication proficiency with a wide range of employees with differing capacities. Ability to enforce policies and regulations. Prior experience in an operations consulting/process improvement role. Some understanding of food flow environments. S/He should also have strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Sitting for 80% of the workday. Occasionally lifts office supplies up to 20 lbs. Normal business office, with frequent tight deadlines. Some situations may require support at our Lorton, VA location.

Compensation:

$76,500 - $83,800 annually

This position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week.
