Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  1. System Administration:
    • Manage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system, including user administration, role management, and access control
    • Manage other applications used by company and customers (SSRS reporting, SharePoint, UPS WorldShip, FedEx shipping)
    • Coordinate and execute system updates and upgrades
    • Manage system integrations and interfaces
  2. Project Management:
    • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on system enhancements
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  3. Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to system users
    • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science or Information Science, or a related degree, from a four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

 

OTHER SKILLS

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SSRS, Project Management, and business application development. Specific experience with any of the following is desirable but not necessarily required: Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, SolidWorks EPDM (data management).

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variable.
