Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:
- The custodian reports to the Lead Custodian and the Custodial Supervisor and cares for the Main building/facilities and equipment. Maintaining these responsibilities will help to ensure the health, safety and security of the public.
- Strong follow-through on delegated tasks and assignments
- Ability to operate and use tools/equipment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Good client/customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively independently or with a team
- Basic knowledge of general housekeeping methods and practices, cleaning products and use

Physical Demands: The Custodian position is a physically demanding position. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, lifting heavy objects.
