CORE COMPETENCIES
High School Diploma preferred. Two (2) to five (5) years as a cook in a food service establishment.
- Some knowledge of co-occurring disorders and behavioral health care is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
- Training in food handling as required by the Department of Public Health.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to project a professional image.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES
Incumbents may be required to secure professional certification. A valid Connecticut driver’s license may be required.
