Membership Coordinator

The Membership Coordinator and staff are responsible for ensuring a well-maintained, clean, safe, and secure environment. In addition to providing member orientations, the Membership Coordinator is responsible for entering information in the database, assisting with accounts payable functions, aiding the development and compliance of the fitness program, and managing cash and bank deposit requirements per the Club’s financial policies and procedures.

These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Coordinator
- Train staff on cash handling, E Reqs, bank deposits and financial policies and procedures.
- Manage membership application process in applicant tracking software, receive payments and other related documents, up to and including Children’s Cabinet.
- Regularly update member information in the applicant tracking software system.
- Provide support to the Financial Director on various financial tasks as needed.
- Assist with gym and fitness facilities operations and functions as needed.

This is what your schedule could look like:
- This role can be either full time or part time, with flexible part time scheduling to accommodate personal life or class schedules. We always aim for consistent schedules for our staff to promote work-life balance.
- Shifts are:
- After school - 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Summer Programming - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows (Winnemucca)
