Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of administrative management and clinical supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Medicaid billing process.
- Credentialed with various insurance companies.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with behavioral healthcare for persons experiencing homelessness.
- Possess analytical and psychosocial diagnostic skills and resourcefulness in developing treatment processes utilizing agency-approved treatment modalities.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess good time management and organizational skills to proficiently complete assigned tasks and maintain clinical documentation consistently.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle.
- Be proficient in software applications especially with Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- Must have LCSW or LCPC Licensure.
- This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university.

Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
