Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Masters preferred
- At least 7+years management experience overseeing programs, budgets, and staff.
- Proven track record in leading and managing large teams (10+ direct reports), particularly in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing regional or organizational strategies, including managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, including corporations, community-based organizations, government agencies, and coalitions.
- Experience in managing activity-based budgets, reforecasting, and ensuring compliance with federal and local grant requirements.
- Experience and competency with various data management systems and the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformational change and successfully manage comprehensive, organization-wide initiatives.
- Experience in advocacy and representing an organization externally, including making public appearances and working with government representatives.
- Familiarity with managing post-construction processes and engaging key stakeholders in facility-related projects.
- Able to navigate the NOVA metro area by car and/or metro; travel in underserved communities.

- Experience in supervising staff, setting clear expectations, and driving team performance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- A dynamic and analytical mindset, capable of developing creative solutions to complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule available. Currently working on-site 3 days a week, 2 remote.
- Regular work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
- The position is based in Lorton, VA – 6833 Hill Park Drive Lorton, VA 22079
Compensation:
- $108,800 to 121,600 / annually
