Requirements:
- AA degree + 1 3 years of work exp in a related field.
- Knowledge of DC community and federal nutrition programs strongly preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent communication & organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work professionally with a diverse constituent base
- Present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Commitment to the mission of the Capital Area Food Bank
Work Environment:
- Physical activities involve sitting for up to 70% of the work day
- Ability to travel to sites throughout the Washington metro area
- Ability to lift food and supplies up to 40 pounds
- Working environment includes office, warehouse, and community
- Monday Friday 40 hours per week including evening hours as needed for site reviews

Schedule:
Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday
Compensation:
Compensation is $23-25/ hourly
