NECESSARY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent file management skills to ensure documents are properly organized and easily accessible. 
  • Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills. 
  • Experience in managing office operations, including vendor management and budgeting.
  • Calendar management skills to effectively schedule appointments and meetings. 
  • Ability to develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for new employees.
  • Basic understanding of human resources practices and procedures. 
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. 

 

NECESSARY EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years experience required
