QualificationsÂ
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Preferred if there is Knowledge of Child Welfare System
- Excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, and be a collaborative team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Computer proficient, knowledge of Connections
- Ability to work flexible hours - some evenings as needed to meet client needs
- Ability to use public transportation to travel throughout New York City or Agency vehicle when available
