- Masters and / or Bachelor’s in health, human or education services and one year of experience in a setting with infants/toddlers with developmental delays, chronic medical conditions OR Two years in Service Coordination OR Associates degree in health/human services related fields and two years of qualifying experience in the health related field
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
- Excellent computer skills are necessary, demonstrated ability to use word-processing, or data base programs. As well as,organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of community resources, and entitlements.
- 1 year + of experience working with children.
