Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, human services or special education.
- Minimum three years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Supervisory and training experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of NYS OPWDD Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills and an ability to work autonomously.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using current computer technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and Precision care software (PCARE).
