Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree in Psychology, Human Services or other related field. required; Bachelor's Degree or bachelor’s in social work preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish, required
- Valid Driver's License, required
- 1 year of experience
- Must have an ability to provide excellent and compassionate customer service.
- Must be reliable with time sensitive deadlines and tasks.
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality. Work well under pressure and adaptable to change.
- Child welfare and/or case management experience is strongly encouraged.
- Computer and typing skills sufficient to perform essential job functions.
