- Bachelor’s degree in social science, public policy, psychology or related field; master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience applying quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience or familiarity working with the NYC developmental disabilities services, foster care system, and/or behavioral health services
- Comfort with managing large data sets
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Forms)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel to program sites within Brooklyn and Queens
