HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services (HSVS) Nuevo Camino program is dedicated to providing 38 unaccompanied minors, ages 5-12, with a supportive, nurturing environment through transitional foster homes, daily education Monday - Friday, and supportive wrap-around services in the Sunset Park section of New York City. Our program is rooted in ensuring that service delivery is trauma informed, culturally appropriate, and tailored to the needs of each child while maintaining all program requirements of ORR.
The Case Aide is primarily responsible for assisting Caseworkers with the documentation, client contact, and foster parent contact processes. This candidate will be primarily responsible for providing transportation for clients and assisting with scheduling appointments for clients. The Case Aide may also perform case management support services to children including but not limited to reuniting the family, ensuring the child's safety, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all provided services. Nuevo Camino is looking to hire staff to fill the following:
Schedule A: Monday – Friday: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am
Schedule B: Tuesday – Saturday: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am
Schedule C: Wednesday – Sunday: 7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7pm
